Madeleine Pfefferle to Speak at 2025 DRI Medical Liability and Health Care Law Seminar
Madeleine ’Maddi’ Pfefferle is a speaker at this year’s DRI Medical Liability and Health Care Law Seminar held at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown on March 17-19. She will be speaking on ethical constraints in defending medical malpractice cases, specifically whether and by what means defense counsel can communicate with non-party treating providers. The session will also feature additional speakers discussing a range of medical topics such as neurology and pathology, as well as legal topics including witness preparation and the Medicare Secondary Payer Act. This seminar offers a daily CLE opportunity for national attendees.

Maddi, a Raleigh native, is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. She is a current member of DRI’s Young Lawyers Council and is the Marketing Chair for the Young Lawyer’s Steering Committee. Maddi is an experienced attorney who focuses her legal work on medical malpractice defense, products liability (including medical devices and drugs), and general negligence defense.
