Partners Jeremy Falcone and Tom Segars Present to Legatus International Lawyers Group
Jeremy Falcone and Tom Segars presented “The Renewed Importance of Clear Upjohn Warnings” to the Legatus Lawyers Group of Legatus International at the group’s February meeting. Falcone and Segars discussed the practical and ethical considerations that impact internal company investigations and practical steps to take to mitigate the risks associated with such investigations.
Legatus is an international organization of Catholic laymen and laywomen, comprised of CEOs, presidents, managing partners and business owners, and their spouses, from the business community and professional enterprises. Ellis & Winters partner Joe Hammond co-led the formation of the Legatus Lawyers Group to promote educational and fellowship opportunities amongst the group’s lawyer members.
