The Mecklenburg County Bar Association will hold its tenth annual North Carolina Business Court CLE on Friday, October 14, 2022, at the Bar and Foundation Center in Charlotte. This year’s program features a spectacular line-up that includes the following:

• An introduction to the Business Court by Chief Business Court Judge Louis A. Bledsoe, III
• Litigation issues arising from employee departures
• A panel discussion on litigating Chapter 75 claims in the Business Court
• An update on recent Business Court decisions
• An ethics presentation focusing on issues in Business Court litigation
• A panel featuring all five Business Court judges
