The Mecklenburg County Bar will hold its ninth annual North Carolina Business Court CLE on Friday, October 22, 2021, at the Bar and Foundation Center in Charlotte. This year’s program, which will be held in person with the option to attend virtually, features a spectacular line-up that includes the following:

• An introduction to the Business Court by Chief Business Court Judge Louis A. Bledsoe, III

• A review of recent decisions from the Business Court
• Discussions on litigating personal jurisdiction and using expert witnesses in the Business Court
• A panel on understanding the effect of implicit bias on attorney competence and the importance of diversity and inclusion
• A Business Court update, featuring a panel discussion with all five Business Court judges
