North Carolina Business Court Seeks Full-Time, Permanent Law Clerk

The North Carolina Business Court is seeking qualified candidates interested in serving both the Winston-Salem and Greensboro Business Court locations as a shared Judicial Research Assistant (Law Clerk) responsible for evaluating, administering, and managing cases involving commercial matters that are designated and assigned to the Court. This is a regular, full-time position that is not time limited.  The job posting is available on the Business Court’s website.

Business Court Judges Michael L. Robinson and Julianna Theall Earp serve across the State, but sit in Winston-Salem and Greensboro, respectively.  The North Carolina Business Court is a specialized forum of the North Carolina Superior Court. Cases involving complex and significant issues of corporate and commercial law are designated by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina for assignment to a Business Court Judge who oversees resolution of all matters in the case through trial.
