Ellis & Winters Welcomes Two Attorneys
Ellis & Winters is pleased to announce that Grey M. Howard and Nicholas H. Gilder have joined the firm in its Raleigh office.
Grey is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group and focuses his practice on business litigation matters in both state and federal courts. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University School of Law. He joined Ellis & Winters after completing judicial clerkships with two North Carolina Business Court Judges: Judge Adam M. Conrad in Charlotte, and Judge Matthew T. Houston in Raleigh.
Nicholas (Nick) has joined the firm’s Real Estate Group after several years of practice at law firms in both Tennessee and North Carolina. He has developed widespread experience representing real estate developers, investors, homebuilding companies, and other commercial-real-estate clients. His practice focuses on the acquisition and development of real property, including the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and development-related agreements. Nick is a Memphis native with an undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and a law degree from the University of Memphis.
