Twenty-Three Ellis & Winters Lawyers Named to 2017 North Carolina Super Lawyers

Twenty-three Ellis & Winters attorneys have been selected by their peers as 2017 North Carolina Super Lawyers and North Carolina “Rising Stars.”

Super Lawyers conducts an annual statewide survey of North Carolina attorneys to create a comprehensive listing of reputable, diverse attorneys across the state. The multi-phased rating process, involving independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations, recognizes attorneys from more than 70 practice areas that have attained high peer recognition and professional achievement. The “Rising Stars” list, compiled using the same criteria as Super Lawyers, recognizes candidates that are 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years. The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than 5 percent of attorneys in each state, and the “Rising Stars” list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state.

The attorneys will be featured in the 2017 edition of North Carolina Super Lawyers magazine and in Charlotte magazine.
